Data Analyst - Hub Business Partner

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and monitoring of data creation as well as quality according to best practice model and industry standards. This role representing key partner to all business functions accountable for timely availability of data and data quality. Moreover, Data Hub Business Partner makes sure EU data regulations are followed.


Main responsibilities include:

Data creation and change
  • Monitor requests across domain, coordinate with PCM and other key stakeholders in the I2M process to ensure correctness and completeness
  • Track, monitor and report on new creations, changes, delisting and E2E data object creation
  • Support business functions in issue solving, customer complaints and ad hoc queries

Data Quality
  • Enforce data quality management policies, carry out checks on key data attributes to ensure consistency, compliance, completeness and correctness of data shared
  • Ensure accuracy of product information including collaborating with R&D, regulatory for nutritional and allergen information

Stakeholder collaboration
  • Act as key point of contact between business stakeholders and partners

Cross functional collaboration
  • Act as key user, perform testing and maintain documentation for specified data objects and processes.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Approx. 3+ years of office/systems experience
• Experience working with SAP, Data Management
• Experience in working in a service function
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to handle complexity and managing details
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Developing and managing x/functional and multi country relationship
• Good knowledge of written & spoken English is a must
• Comfortable working remotely
