Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities will be:

• Preparation of VAT tax return, EC Sales list, Intrastat reporting
• Review transactions and arrange corrections
• Perform VAT trainings for other departments
• VAT payment arrangement
• VAT postings, clearing of accounts
• Reconciliation of VAT accounts
• Query handling

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Norwegian - Intermediate (B1) or Finnish - Intermediate (B1) or Danish - Intermediate (B1) or
Swedish - Intermediate (B1)

Administrative and economic skills

Double-entry bookkeeping - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• High School/University degree + 3 years experience in accounting
• VAT knowledge is a must
• Excel on advanced level
• Fluent English
• Nordic languages as Norwegian or Finish or Danish or Swedish are very welcomed
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Analytical thinking with a detail orientation
• Proactive approach
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Learning on the fly
• Good communication skills – customer orientation
• Able to work in team and also independently
