As an R&D Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and refining meat-free products, ensuring they meet the highest standards in taste, texture, nutrition, and sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative plant-based solutions to market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize meat-free products, focusing on texture, taste, and nutritional value.
  • Conduct product trials and sensory evaluations to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and quality assurance to refine formulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in plant-based product development is preferred, but recent graduates with a passion for the meat-free industry are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of food chemistry, texture modification, and alternative proteins.
  • Experience with extrusion, fermentation, or other plant-based processing methods is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
