Your Impact as Plant Quality Manager
You won't just be managing a system; you will be the guardian of our quality culture. In this role, you will:
Drive Excellence: Implement Group-level quality standards and turn them into local success stories.
Be the Technical Authority: Use your deep understanding of materials and processes to ensure every product leaving our plant is fit for purpose.
Lead Continuous Improvement: Be the "go-to" person for production support, driving innovation through industrialization and RCN processes.
Empower People: Guiding production teams to take ownership of quality in their daily activities.
Ensure Integrity: Manage the ISO 9001 system and audit processes, maintaining the high standards our customers trust.
Who We Are Looking For?
Technical Experts:You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Chemistry, Material Science, or Engineering) and have several years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Problem Solvers:You are proficient in8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, and SPC.
Dynamic Communicators:You are a good and clear communicator at all levels and handle conflicts constructively, even under high pressure.
Tech-Savvy Professionals:You are comfortable working with G Suite, SAP, and MS Office.
Languages:You speak fluently Slovak and English(written and spoken).

Education: University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Chemistry, Engineering, or a technical field.
Expertise: At least 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Management role, with deep knowledge of ISO 9001, product standards, and quality methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, and SPC.
Digital Proficiency: Extensive experience with ERP systems (SAP) and G Suite/MS Office.
Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and Slovak is essential, including the ability to produce high-quality technical writing.
