Job description, responsibilities and duties
Management and Controlling of plant departments
Planning, organizing and running day to day operations in terms of safety, production, quality, maintenance, logistics and HR
Ensure compliance with state regulations, represent company among state institutions
Monitor and enforce quality standards
Forecast and schedule production
Maintain a high level of customer service through on-time deliveries, responsiveness to customer needs and ensuring that the quality of the shipped product meets all customer quality requirements
Develop and approve plant operating policies
Manage personnel
Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure the quality of purchased supplies and services
Cooperate closely on financial statements/balance closing
Prepare montly financial reports, monitor the plant operating budget
Reporting of KPI´s
