ICT Identity Management Specialist

Purpose of this position is to protect MCAM data and MCAM systems from unauthorized access while managing the role based identities both inside and outside the MCAM organization

MAIN/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Manage ICT security policies focused on Identity management
•Identity & Access Management Architect, strong in solution design and Active Directory
•Ability to work with MCAM Business leaders to create and articulate a Vision for Identity & Access aligned with the Business goals of the organisation
•Define security roles and models for the different applications in the MCAM organization
•Give all MCAM employees an identity to access the correct data and applications
•Manage and coordinate with HR all Employee on and off boarding processes, in compliance with the company policies
•Introduce and manage an IDM application to keep all authentication processes synchronized
•Understand the MCAM applications and tools and the correlation between the different MCAM applications. Keep application access/ authorization synchronized
•Technical Assistance to HR on Interface Management and coordination (including script writing)
•Organize and manage the company ICT assets that are used by employees or 3rd parties
