Senior Process Mining Consultant

Boost the adoption of Minit by helping prospects, clients and partners to create the highest value and return on investment through fact-based process discovery and continuous process improvement.

What will you do
• Enable Minit implementation within our customers' infrastructure in the shortest time possible
• Lead high-level strategic conversations with clients, aiming to explain, convince and provide high quality arguments on the value and benefits of our product
• Help prospective customers to sell Minit to their internal stakeholders (C-suite, IT, Procurement etc.) by helping them build strong data-driven business cases
• Cooperate with the Customer Success team to fulfill their needs and expectations
• Assist our partners in conducting full process discovery and improvement analysis projects for their customers by sharing our expertise and experience
• Ensure our customers and partners get the most value out of Minit, by conducting engaging in-depth training sessions either on-site or online
• Collaborate with internal teams on creation of industry-, process- and system-specific use cases for our sales and marketing collateral
• Work hand-in-hand with the Sales , Marketing and Development teams to continuously identify improvement opportunities in our product and service delivery
• Actively lead and manage stakeholders involved in the above responsibilities, to get projects done on-time and with highest quality

Optional Focus/ Areas for growth
• Understand how customer business processes work in the client’s system and create data models for those processes
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our product
