Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager is responsible for the inbound, outbound and internal logistics; agreements with forwarders, setup of customs clearance processes, leading of Authorized economic operator concept of the factory.
Main tasks on the position:

• strategy of logistics process in the company
• coordination of logistics with purchasing departments and in-house logistics partner (warehouse), monitoring of inventories, optimization proposals
• setup of conditions for cooperation with forwarding companies in cooperation with HQ
• implementation of rulings and ensuring the awareness of legal requirements by employees from Logistics
• communication with the Slovak Customs Authorities
• regular reports for other departments and management
• implementation of improvements and optimization of the logistics costs in general
• leading logistics team, organizing work, motivation and participation on creation of the remuneration system
• review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results
• create statistical forecasts relevant for production or logistics purposes, gather and analyze data

Company is in growth targeting to employ over 1,100 employees in the following 3 years in a new production facility close to Kosice airport.
