Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- conception and design of secured data communication for IoT applications
- definition of network data transfers and protocols for IoT devices and applications
- design and implementation of data security concepts and encryption methods
- development of the required software architecture for embedded systems for secured data communication and cloud access
- responsibility for the requirements analysis and the specific system design
- support of the project relevant software integration and validation processes
- work in an international project team, including personal task management and project coordination with the different international locations

computer science, network engineering or comparable
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- experience in standardized networking (e.g. LAN, WiFi, BTLE, etc…) including data encryption and secured transmitting are required
- experience in software design for embedded systems and IoT are preferable
- programming know-how for embedded systems in C/C++
- knowledge about data base design and cloud based data handling are favorable
- very good English language skills
- personal initiative and analytical thinking as well as team spirit
