As our organization continues to evolve through new customer programs, increasing automation and operational transformation, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to become a key member of our leadership team.

We are looking for a leader who can challenge existing practices, drive operational excellence, improve cross-functional cooperation and help shape the future of our Supply Chain organization.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain organization
• Oversee Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Operations
• Ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to production and customers
• Drive inventory optimization and supply chain performance
• Support successful launches of new customer programs and projects
• Improve operational discipline, processes and KPI performance
• Build strong cooperation across Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing and Finance
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
• Act as a member of the plant management team and contribute to strategic decision making

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Manufacturing within the automotive industry
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and organizational performance
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP
• Proven experience in Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Management
• Experience leading organizational change, process improvement or transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
