Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Launch Project Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of supply chain projects, ensuring that operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • ensure the logistic project management from pre-serial phases to SOP
  • ensure availability of components and other production material in right time, right quantity and right quality (in terms of logistics aspects) to support smooth SOP/EOL/modifications at minimum transportation cost and minimum inventory level
Main activities :
  • define the logistic setup of new FG/RM
  • manage SOP and EOL for FG
  • ensure correct master data settings to be in line with company strategy and logistics protocol (where applicable)
  • analyze the dependent requirements for FG/packaging for new projects
  • send proper orders/forecast to suppliers within area of responsibility
  • make sure the shipping is done on time in right quantity
  • follow stock in transit (in platform)
  • follow the modifications of FG
  • prepare the Logistics Protocols in line with company strategy
  • SRF preparation according to SC requirements
  • reach and follow up Projects milestones & check lists
  • manage emergency situations to avoid line stoppage at customer at minimum premium freight cost
