Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Project Management
• To reduce the amount of SKUs to optimum, work closely with sales, marketing and production to understand business objectives and implement assigned products and/or projects
• Act as one contact person for sales & marketing department and production, analyze production possibilities & production costs to deliver sales department the best cost effective options for product delivery
• Analyze technical possibilities to produce the product on a group level and suggest best possible solutions
• Responsibility for assigned CAPEX and/or OPEX projects
• Act as a liaison between the sales, production and support functions in order to solve problems by participating in process improvement activities
• Analyzing and tracking business opportunities, preparing price proposals, preparing presentations and making proposals for decision-making processes

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in economical or technical field of study
• 3+ years of previous product & project manager experience
• Very good technical thinking and financial expertise
• Proficiency experience with presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
• Interpersonal skills to influence and change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
• Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• English language on upper-intermediate level
