- designing, developing and implementing SW using state-of-the-art technology, especially in the banking sector
- implementing new features and maintaining existing solutions
- updating knowledge about new, up-to-date versions of development tools
- analyzing requirements, defining design and implementing the required solution
- creating estimations based on the requirements
- communicating with the sales department, in order to prepare offers for customers
- leading, couching and mentoring small team/division of developers during project realization
- participating in the division resource planning and development
- communication with customers
