TTrade & Category manager - electro/retail

Responsibilities:
- Being the expert on category management levers and driving channel specific shopper activation plan ( demonstrations, trade marketing and shelf space ) and category management projects to exploit market and customer opportunities
- Proposing, adapting selling stories and supporting business decisions based upon processed and structured data to back up local KAM’s
- Being an expert of assorment management by leading protfolio planning
- Defining mercahdising strategies by category or environment
- Adopting and implementing POS/POP materials ( leaflets, displays, giveaways, digital, etc. ) in line with corporate guidelines
- Integrating major stakeholders, collaborating with marketing and sales for the activation plan management
- Efficiently assessing and managing resources ( budget, time, agencies, human, etc. ), monitoring progress and implementing necessary corrections within the given deadline
- Responsible for BTL ROMI
- Preparing required administration and reports
- Responsible for Slovakia
