We are looking for Reception Officer in our office in Bratislava.

Your profile:
• University degree (preferably)
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience within corporate environment
• Very good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, problem solving
• Language skills: English advanced in both speaking and writing
• IT knowledge: MS-Office, Outlook
• Multi-year experience in the field of technical and infrastructural Facility Management
• Ability to teamwork and cooperation with all involved parties plus good communication skills are rounding
• Structured work, planning and preparedness are absolutely essential for this position

Job description:
Your responsibilities:
• Keeping the In/Out register for the company
• Managing phone calls activity
• Offering non-confidential information regarding the organization to visitors or over the phone
• Setting-up the cleaning and office consumables necessary and place the orders to the vendors
• Keeping the confidentiality to all informations regarding the organization
• Taking over and managing all hard correspondence arrived to the company’s address
• Responsible for managing the relationship with couriers providers
• Keeping track of the phone and fax numbers data base, also with regards to the postal address of vendors, clients, business partners
• Managing the access cards and badges data base
• Taking over all phone calls and redirect them to the correct employees, based on the caller request; finds out the caller identity and provide this information to the employees
• Receivings visitors and redirect them to the correct departments or meeting rooms
• Drawing different documents and reports as per the line manager request
• Managing the administrative help desk tickets and redirect the request coming from this system to the responsible persons; assures that the request is closed in the shortest time possible
• Managing the booking of the meeting rooms according to the requests coming from the employees
• Replacing the Office Supervisor during holiday and medical leaves
• Responsible for creating monthly Purchase Orders for regular orders.
• Responsible for checking the invoices and that the orders were delivered according to the invoice/ delivery notes.

This position is an internal agent position (contingent staff) and employed by external agency in service for Microsoft.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and
Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
