We are a fast growing Slovak branch of a Belgian biotechnology company. In our plant near Piešťany we are specializing in the laboratory vitro production of orchids.

We are looking for young talent with managerial skills, to support the current management team in its challenges and hopefully grow to be one of our future managers.

So:
- If you are a team player preferably graduated last 2/3 years
- If you are strongly process oriented with good analytical skills
- If you want to build experience in project management
- If you are interested in production and open to learn all it´s aspects
We have to mention importance of good knowledge of English language somewhere.

You can be our management trainee!

During a period of 2 years, you will get connected to all the management positions, building up experience to manage and participate different projects. You will get in touch with areas like safety, technology, production, logistics, informatics and human resources.

You will be part of the project teams for optimizing processes, monitoring efficiency and submitting reports. You will be key-user during the implementation of SAP in our Slovak plant. For specific projects, you will cooperate directly with the Belgian responsibles.
