Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Recent project experience - digital banking
• Experience / digital track record in customer facing businesses from E2E process angle
• Knowledge and awareness of FS compliance, security and regulatory issues
• Working in a team environment with Business Process Owners, Technical Architects during process development and implementation
• Working in an Agile/Scrum team environment desirable
• Conceptualise E2E process blueprints for digital environment
• Conduct assessments of core banking processes (accounts and/or loans) in CEE banking environment (“classical” as well as digital channels)
• Identify together with the local teams efficiency opportunities (e.g. automation, digitisation) along end-to-end process value chains screened
• Drive/help in developing implementation planning of opportunities shortlisted

Personality requirements and skills

• 7+ years work experience in financial services with a focus on process assessment for optimisation as well as implementation / integration skills
• Proficiency in retail accounts and/or loan processes – origination & maintenance
• Proven “digital literacy” – e.g. knowledge of state of the art technologies/capabilities, industry best practices, etc.
• Ability to work in “consultant mode” – project based with strong execution & delivery skills, high propensity to travel demonstrated
• Able to design a “transition path” with initiatives / roadmap derived from assessment
• High command of English
• Multi-disciplinary analytical skills
• Profound Project Management skills, including a structured and organized way of working
• Change management skills backed by strong multi-cultural sensitivity
• Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Strategic thinking, solution and performance oriented
