Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Advanced (C1) or English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Experienced Finance Manager with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Controlling, audit experience ideally from Big4 + Finance Manager level experience in operational finance ideally from service to automotive industry
Management of the year end processes for the country and all of its subsidiaries
Experience with team leadership
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills, focus on detail
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility
Proactive approach, team player
Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language, German language is advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Technical / automotive affinity: having a feel for technology
