Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main tasks of the Production Manager (m/f) are as follows, but not limited to:
Planning and organization of production area in the most efficient way;
Budget responsibility for the production department,
Responsibility for the development of plans and processes to minimize production costs and efficiently use available resources;
Compliance with production goals and product standards;
Introduction of production strategies and action plans to integrate the site into the Group strategy;
Experience with 5S, Kanban etc., continuous improvements strategy;
Responsible for the establishment of state-of-the-art production management;
Responsible for budget planning including personnel scheduling;
Responsibility for the further implementation and compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001);
Responsible for ensuring safety at work;
Responsibility for developing, training and managing a team of highly skilled professionals.

Personality requirements and skills
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
University or College degree in the field of mechanical engineering;
Several years of experience in industrial production, preferably in the aluminum or metal processing industry;
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role;
Very good knowledge in the area of serial and individual production;
Experience in leadership and development of staff, able to counsel and motivate employees;
Strong customer focus, able to communicate among different levels of decision makers;
Routine in working with and implementing key performance indicators;
Self-motivated and organized personality with a high sense of responsibility;
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset;
Fluent in Slovak and English, knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage.
