Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and drive a complex IT and transformation program
- Chair the Program Management Board and coordinate the project managers reporting into it
- Report directly to the CIO
- Take overall responsibility for program steering and governance, including planning, resource allocation across migration projects, risk management, budgeting, and controlling
- Proactively manage risks, change, and stakeholders, and prepare escalations for the steering committee when needed
- Serve as a trusted sparring partner to Group Management and the Program Steering Committee on ERP rollouts and ongoing development

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide both technical topics and people-related matters
- Degree in business information systems, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a program or project manager in ERP implementation projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM or CE)
- Proven experience in multinational implementations and in managing external partners
- Ideally, you bring industry experience in manufacturing with a global sales network, as well as knowledge of PDM/PLM and CPQ
- You are an open-minded, approachable professional who communicates transparently and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- You think and act in an interconnected and entrepreneurial way and combine com-mitment with a strong focus on quality and results
- Fluent business-level English, German - advantage
