Senior Customer Insight Specialist

Do you have significant experience in market research & customer insights? Are you strong in data analytics and fluent in Slovak & English? We are opening a brand new opportunity in our marketing team – Senior Customer Insight Specialist.

Your responsibilities will be:

• the key role is to ensure that the organization understands market performance, development and trends, customer behavior, competition and macroeconomics environment and is able to reflect it in the strategies
• smooth process of reporting (Nielsen, GFK, Sharpgrid, CNB, MDW), submitting new data solution to develop the company depending on changes of trends
• market size potential calculation for all target group, with detail on customer target group, on country and store level
• regular reporting of customer groups, revision of classification
• annual update of competition performance on main indicators; leaflet/price and other communication monitoring
• customer insights - both qualitative and quantitative surveys based on ad-hoc requirements of internal stakeholders, NPS customer insights
• NPS data gathering, preparation of NPS report, training of new employees and NPS coaches on the store, communication with headquarters in Germany
• management of market research budget

Your key skills

• 5 years of experience in similar role
• experience with Customer Insights, Nielsen, market research, NPS, market size potential calculation, category assessment
• customer focus, communication & presentation skills
• strong analytical & problem solving skills
• fluent in Slovak & English
• data analytics knowledge, data mining
• advanced PC skills - Excel, PowerPoint, SQL
• driving license
