Step into your 1st Management Position:

• The program will further develop your talents and ambitions with career development activities that include both cross-functional projects and international assignments
• The program fast-tracks ambitious graduates and talented young-professionals to a management career in international wholesale
• During each training block you will take responsibility for one or more projects which will contribute to the development and progress of the business as well as yourself
• Our aim is to develop your knowledge and skills over 18 months in order to prepare you to manage a team of your own in the future

We are looking for graduates who:

• Recently graduated with a master’s degree from university, business school or hotel management school OR are in final years of master`s studies
• Have maximum of three years work or internship experience
• Have fluent written and spoken English
• Have commercial orientation and are ready to work hands-on in commercial functions
• Are self-driven and ambitious
• Have strong communication skills
• Are ready to work abroad (4 months on international assignment)

If you answered yes...

• Then our METRO POTENTIALS program is the next step you’ll need to take with starting salary of 1500 EUR gross/month
• In 14 months you will rotate through our store operations, sales force, category management and departments in our local headquarters
• Next 4 months you will spend on international assignment - at the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany) or in one of countries in METRO group
• During these different phases you will work on different projects and receive on-the-job training and training sessions in our company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany) in order to grow our business
• Once you complete the program, we count on you in a managerial position in your home country
