Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Placing and chasing orders with suppliers based on demand of customers
• Creating the shipment plan from shippers / Shanghai branch on week basis
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers (Chinese suppliers mostly)
• Arranging and monitoring of logistic from the shippers to our warehouse
• Handling of incoming supplier invoices
• Daily administrative tasks
• Preparing transport documents and documents for customs clearance
• Maintaining data in ERP software (financial etc.)
• Creation of database of new customers, suppliers, projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Chinese - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
