BACK OFFICE WORKER / DEMAND PLANNER (f/m)
CHINESE NATIONALITY

Your responsibilities

  • Demand Management
    • Managing the demand of our customers
    • Placing orders at our suppliers
    • Monitoring of delivery dates towards suppliers and customers
    • Shipment tracking and preparing transport documents and documents for customs clearance
    • Communication with suppliers in China
  • Administration
    • Handling of incoming supplier invoices
    • Daily administrative tasks
  • Administration of ERP software
    • Maintaining data
    • Creation of database of new customers, suppliers, projects

Your profile

  • Chinese native (mandatory)
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers and managing supply chains
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Education with economic background and office experience
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Good organizational skills, structured work approach
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service in an international work environment
  • Attention to detail skills and aptitude to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
