BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT (f/m)
for internal service center

Your responsibilities

  • Administration
    • Handling incoming and outgoing post
    • Handling invoices
    • Daily administrative tasks
    • Support of several departments in administrative tasks
  • Administration of ERP software
    • Maintaining data
    • Creation of new customers, suppliers, projects
  • Office agenda
    • MPurchases for office purposes
    • Providing/ordering catering and refreshments
    • Ensuring the operation of the office from an organizational and technical point of view

Your profile

  • Middle school (e.g. Obchodna Akademia) or similar
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Good organizational skills, structured work approach
  • Commitment to providing exceptional costumer service in an international work environment
  • Attention to detail skills and aptitude to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

This is an entry level position for a recent college graduate or ambitious middle school graduate which offers potential growth and development opportunities within the company.
