Job description, responsibilities and duties
Area of responsibility
• Technical clarifications with customers and suppliers in coordination with the Project manager and the Supplier Quality Engineers at the Shanghai office
• Research (materials, processes, tools, etc.) in cooperation with Project manager, Supplier Quality engineers and Production manager
• Support in supplier search and technical assessment
• Purchasing support for new projects (test equipment, gauges, equipment, etc.)
• Quality assurance tasks for production in Bratislava
• Handling of complaints (coordination with customers and suppliers, research, elaboration of suggestions for improvement)
• ERP system maintenance, creation of parts lists, data sheets and work instructions for production
