Your mission

You will have a full profit & loss responsibility for the sales organization Poland. You will lead all commercial operations, establish and implement the sales and marketing strategy focused on positioning Zehnder as preferred supplier of best indoor climate solutions and securing long-term, organic growth.

One of your most important tasks will be to coach and develop your team and promote the culture of performance and innovation. You will lead your team through transformation processes and manage relations with all stakeholders such as clients, sector associations, local authorities and many group functions. In your new role, you will report directly to Head of Sales International.

Your competencies

You have a long and successful track record in sales & marketing within the building construction sector, preferably in HVAC. You are a true entrepreneurial leader as well as a strategic and innovative thinker who is able to work in a truly international and matrix environment. Your excellent leadership skills combined with the ability to translate your sales and marketing strategies into specific actions and to further develop a team of 37 professionals are the foundation of your success. The ideal candidate possesses relevant international leadership experience in the industrial sector and has a master/bachelor degree in business administration and/or engineering (STEM) of an international university. Proficient English is a must German language skills is desired.
