Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a friendly, communicative and independent university student with possible economic or business background.
Purpose & Main Activities:
• Welcome visitors, booking of meeting rooms, prepare refreshment. • Administrative support for Procurement and Facility department
• Responsible for supplier master data in administrative role
• Responsible for purchase requisitions in administrative role
• Answer inquiries via phone and/or electronically and/or post
• Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily post
• Be supportive in other topics according to Procurement Manager
