Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an engaged, motivated and enhusiastic colleague to join us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
The right candidate should have gained experience and worked successfully in marketing and communication area of an international cooperation or in an advertising agency. A structured & well organized personality, who is a business partner to our divisions is desired, along with the strive to enhance existing, or develope new methods and processes.
Purpose & Main Activities:
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Coordinate complex outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional evens and campaigns
• Develop retail marketing, support and cooperate with dealer network
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing activities
• Cooperate with the central Marketing Hub team in order to coordinate and manage agencies to plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, print etc.)
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e. g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Responsibiliy for internal planning, budgeting and forcasting of marketing activities
• Active participation in various projects in the areas of marketing & communication.
