Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose & Main Activities:
• Manage Technical Operations Team
• Execute Technical Operations strategy
• Plan and manage customer services / warranty & goodwill budget
• Make and supervise warranty & goodwill decisions according to MB guidelines
• Plan/coordinate/follow up: Recall/Service Measure/Service Letters
• Secure technical support to wholesale/retail/fleet
• Coordinate mystery customer audits
• Secure Customer Complaint Management
• Cooperate on Customer Service Marketing

- Automotive sales / after sales (technical, parts, logistics, etc..) knowledge - advantage

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, able to cope with change & stress
- Excel, PowerPoint - advanced
- English – B2/C1, Slovak – fluent
