• Manage the end-to-end customer journey for top-end clients
• Ensure a seamless and highly personalized premium experience
• Cooperate with internal and external partners (dealers, market organizations, headquarters)
• Coordinate the implementation of new customer solutions and programs
• Monitor service quality and propose improvements
• Support the development of top-end offerings in the market
• Handle complex customer requests
