Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Designing, developing, and implementing a strategic concept for the customer service department.
Daily coordination of activities, quality control of the department, handling complaints and returns.
Leading the customer service team with a strong focus on leadership.
Customer communication—handling inquiries and complaints.
Reviewing and optimizing CRM/ERP systems, setting order parameters and process rules.
Procurement management—strategic and operational purchasing, negotiating contract terms with suppliers, optimizing the supply chain, and managing tenders.
Representing the company in interactions with customers and suppliers.
Collaboration with internal teams.

Fluent English proficiency for business communication.
