Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibility for FP&A with the aim of achieving accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
Providing insights and analysis to support key decision-making processes.
Identification and minimization of financial risks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Implementing effective risk management throughout the organization.
Ensuring regular financial reporting.
Managing capital allocation and investment decisions to optimize returns and support sustainable growth.
Performing financial consolidation of results across countries, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and optimization of financial performance.
In cooperation with local advisors ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations in Slovakia, Austria, and Germany.
Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience at least 5 years in finance managerial role.
ACCA certificate is required

Transfer Pricing knowledge

Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices in Slovakia.

Knowledge of financial principles and regulations in Germany and Austria is an advantage.
Deep knowledge of IFRS standards.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience managing risk, compliance, and internal controls in a dynamic business environment.
Experience in a healthcare company is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset in combination with hands-on approach in managing a small team.
Fluent English. German is an advantage.
