Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day business beyond the Sales department. Within the company the new Sales Director shall lead a confident and productive dialogue across all levels and be able to keep the stable, well-functioning and organized structure.
The new Sales Director is also expected to listen to the market and customers carefully and implement changes towards more modern approaches. Additionally, he will lead the achievement of goals by challenging the potential of the sales team.
Responsibilities also include:
· managing a whole team through intensive direct and indirect two-ways communications with all employees,
· be an exemplary leader, role model and inspiration,
· perform all legal duties resulting as highest officer within Slovakia,
· be proactive and create conditions for company growth,
· form a pleasant working environment (personally and substantially),
· be ready to make changes within the current team culture,
· responsible for performance, profit, and company goal fulfillment,
· conduct business negotiations on his own and take care of key clients,
· perform to achieve the agreed budget a qualitative goal respecting all the internal rules, processes, and procedures and

The ideal candidate is supposed to be:
· highly ethical and with high level of integrity, role model for the team and company,
· experience in auto-moto or relevant technical business on a sales manager or similar position,
· knowledge of the local market,
· very proactive and can-do approach,
· representational appearance and business skills,
· strong leader (to be the voice of the Slovak Branch),
· fluent English or German,
· understanding integrity and professional history,
· being good at analyzing to make smart decisions about sales, customer care and strategy and
· being able to make the right choices to grow the business and meet customer needs.
