Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Full P&L responsibility for the products and solutions the company markets in Slovakia.
• Responsibility for business development of the given product and service portfolio to fully utilise the market potential.
• Implementing central strategies and developing own commercial strategies and guidelines.
• Managing the sales and service functions, and closely cooperating with relevant support functions.
• Monitoring the overall market performance and development, monitoring and managing the own organization performance.
• Reporting to General Manager and dotted line to HQ.
• Responsibility for business development of the given product and service portfolio to fully utilise the market potential.

• Respectable, transparent, and consistent personality with positive attitude.
• Strong drive accompanied with human people management skills.
• Ability to utilize existing contacts and to develop new ones.
