- Complex business development and management of a segment in Energy & Utilities sector in the region of Central & Eastern Europe
- Responsibility for strategy setting and development of business plans
- End responsibility for business results of the region
- Continuous development and growth of business with main focus on new business
- Participation on long-term international projects in dedicated sector
- Support of wider business as part of global business initiatives
- Identification and establishment of potential strategic partnerships
- Close cooperation with local entities within the group

Experience in the position/sector
10+ years of experience in business development or sales in Energy / Utilities
Personality requirements and skills
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales in Energy / Utilities, with proven experience, market knowledge and existing network of contacts within the CEE region
- Proven experience in successful business development and project delivery focused on business growth
- Experience with international projects, willingness to travel
- Previous experience in team management
- Proficient communication in English
- Knowledge of Slovak or Czech is beneficial
- Excellent negotiation skills along with a strong analytical mind
- Strong in communication and coordination within the company and with clients/partners
- High-level of professionalism and responsibility
- Proactive attitude, with personal drive and self-action
- A collaborative team-player
- Proven experience in successful business development and project delivery focused on business growth
