Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• designing and implementing all necessary measures for achieving wholesale distribution permissions
• assuring principles of good distribution practice are followed during drug distribution based on valid legislation requirements
• assuring compliance of drug manipulation with the quality system and manufacturer’s internal documents
• preparing and updating company’s guidelines (SOPs) related to drug distribution and storage, training employees
• introducing and maintaining relevant quality management system
• responsible for distribution, record-keeping and administration related to drug samples
• implementing measures defined by legislation within the system of pharmaceutical vigilance
• processing and reporting adverse effects and events
• communicating with headquarters and relevant state authorities and organizations including Ministry of Health, ŠÚKL, wholesalers in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• processing price analyses
• updating price development and payments based on processing published on the website of the Ministry of Health
• submitting price proposals and referencing
• preparing documents necessary for decision-making on special prices for hospitals and pharmacies

• university degree of pharmacy and pharmaceutical attestation is required
• knowledge of drug distribution legislation and pharmaceutical/medical vigilance is required

• excellent level of English language - both verbal and written
• advanced PC skills (especially Microsoft Word and Excel)
• high level of communication and organizational skills
