Job description, responsibilities and duties

Full responsibility for complex office management of company including:
Complete administrative support for Country Manager
Work with internal financial systems
Communication, cooperation and support for a company’s lawyer
Organization of business trips, company events and meetings
Ordering office supplies and communication with suppliers
Communication and cooperation with external IT Manager
Regular communication with Headquarters

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

1800, - EUR gross fix/month, (final salary will depend on candidate´s seniority and will be the subject to further discussion)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

University degree and experiences with Office Manager position is an advantage
Very good level of English is required, German language is an advantage
Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel is required
Flexible, reliable and self-sufficient person with very good organizational skills
Very good communication skills
