Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a Head of Project Management for a manufacturing plant based in Trnava region. The mission is to establish and lead a centre of excellence Project Management Office, develop and maintain project management policies and methodologies framework to be adopted across company programs and projects. The Head of Project Management is responsible for management of all customer projects to be delivered as per requested time, cost, configuration and quality.
Exercise control over project management process starting with contact / interface with customers, project initialization, planning and execution / production phase until successful delivery of products to customers.
Acting as a central point of consolidation for project shared information and documentation available among the PM functions and as a point of escalation if necessary.
Accountable for effective and efficient customer sales order management and contract administration.
Responsible for scheduling, budgeting, risk identification and validation, (execution of) trend and variance analyses?.
Personally project managing few key customer projects.
Taking responsibility for management, coaching and development of team members.
Communication and cooperation with top management, internal departments and external partners (customers and auditors).
Monitoring performance and progress of projects portfolio and supporting company leadership in strategic decision making.
Reporting to management.
