Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Creation and implementation of strategies oriented on market access of company product portfolio
- Coordination of pricing and reimbursement activities, cross-functional cooperation with marketing, sales, finance, medical and supply chain representatives
- Proactive contact with Ministry of Healthcare, payers and key opinion leaders
- Developing partnerships with relevant patient organisations
- Market intelligence activities related to reimbursement submission and management
- Following current trends in the area of consumer experience in healthcare and digitalization and implementation of these into company strategy
- Taking the lead of cross-department activities in the area of medical, digital and strategy consulting
- Development and implementation of alternative business / financing schemes
- Reporting to General Manager

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

3000€ gross (final salary will depend on candidate´s seniority and will be the subject of partnership discussion).

- Previous experience in the area of market access
- Existing network of contacts with relevant institutions - payers and Ministry of Healthcare
- Experience/strong interest in the area of health economics
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking
- Strong managerial skills, preferably experience in management team of an international company
- Fluent written and spoken English
