Job description, responsibilities and duties

AS country HR Manager:
- Coordinate, administer and report a variety of functional HR activities in C&B,
Staffing & Recruitment, Training & Development, Industrial relations in
Hungary with main focus on the plant in Zalaegerseg
- Participate to the development and implementation of local HR policies,
procedures and projects
- Prepare reports in compliance with legislated requirements or organization
needs
- Conduct analysis, interpret results and make recommendation to the
management
- Operate in compliance with laws, company's policies, procedures and values
- Spend 3 or 4 day every second week in Hungary

As regional senior HR Project Manager:
- Closely co-operate with regional HRD on collecting ideas
- Prepare innovations and projects in line with KIEE HR strategy
- Roll out the agreed projects across countries and plants
- Manage feedbacks and expectations
- As for 2019, there are 3 main projects: Employee Experience Survey followed
by action plan and building EVP, Well being company climate, new leadership
development portfolio

Specific responsibilities:
- Business partner: As a Business Partner develops and executes a HR
functional plan for the country – plant in Zalaegerszeg and Sales organization
in Budaors office.
- Staffing: Planning for positions needed including descriptions, in conjunction
with line, including indication of levels. Organize, participate in interviews for
all roles. Review contracts/offer letters. Ensure on boarding process
consistently applied.
- Reward and recognition: Implement, communicate and support reward
strategies in conjunction with Compensation & Benefits policies.
- Performance Management: Help improve and manage performance, ensuring
retention of good performers, and performance improvement plans for poor
performers. Educate and facilitate the implementation of a performance
culture.
- Employee Development: assess, and recommend or identify solutions for
developing associates.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with the line managers on
organizational change. Read the “pulse” of the organization and devise
actions to continuously develop the organizational design and culture

Personality requirements and skills

- HR manager or HR generalist with at least 3
years of work experience and a proven track
record in a multinational environment
- Experience in industrial environments is an
advantage
- Track record of successfully managing change,
proven experience in a similar context with
strong leadership skills, combined with a huge
drive and energy
- Fluent in English and Hungarian language
