Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Acting as a key player in brand development on the HORECA market within Czech Republic & Slovakia
- Ensuring implementation of the international marketing strategy to Czech & Slovak markets
- Preparation and active execution of marketing plans based on the international brand values
- Development of marketing strategies and tactical projects for business growth
- Close cooperation with the Managing Director and sales department to ensure unity of the brand culture
- Collaboration with a wide variety of functional areas to the best possible execution of specific marketing projects as well as covering some projects internally
- Analysis and research of consumer, category, competition, channels and Identification of trends at market and situation assessment
- Setup a training projects aimed to create Brand Ambassadors in the country in terms of company values and history
- Marketing budget responsibility
- Reporting to Managing Director
- Responsibility for Czech Republic and Slovakia requires travelling

- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG / consumer goods and experience with HORECA segment marketing, alternatively minimum 3 years of experience from marketing/advertising agency with HORECA or FMCG projects
- Self-confident personality that is used to work independently and is willing to learn and to grow professionally
- Active person with entrepreneurial spirit, can do attitude, creative, passionate, open-minded and hands-on mentality
- Strong project management skills, ability to set priorities, organizational skills
- Ability to perform and analyze market research
- Oriented on results and striving to achieve the defined targets efficiently and in time
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work across countries and cultures
- Fluent English, Czech/Slovak
- Readiness to travel regularly
