Job description, responsibilities and duties

End to end responsibility and co-creation of hi-tech product testing and development
Overall responsibility for design and execution of tests and experiments. Exercise control over preparation of testing samples and equipment, execution of prototype testing and optimization of testing processes. Responsibility for evaluation of tests and their results, introduction of test results into practice and product development.
Providing consultation in the area of product testing and development based on the needs of prototype development
Responsibility for management of product testing team
Define priorities and assign tasks to team members
People management, team development, strategic planning, motivation and coordination with other departments

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Technical area, ideally in mechanical or mechatronics engineering (or electrical)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

7

Personality requirements and skills

University degree in technical area, ideally in mechanical or mechatronics engineering (or electrical)
5+ years of experience in direct management of a team
7+ years of experience in technologically oriented business (automotive, aerospace, robotics, automation, oil & energy industry (upstream) etc.....)
5+ years of experience in execution of tests, innovative approach to product testing and product development
Strong technical skills
Knowledge and experience with CAD software is an advantage
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
Excellent organizational skills with experience of reporting and planning a range of tasks effectively and for daily operational needs
Advanced command of technical English is a must
Strong in communication and coordination within the company and with clients/partners
