Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Overall P&L responsibility for sales & marketing within retail division with headcount consisting of 55 employees.
- Evaluation of present product portfolio and proposing new business concept.
- Development of new sales activities, management of existing businesses and propose and implement new sales and marketing concept strongly relying on modern tools of communications and digital technology.
- Modernization of existing business team and assuring its right focus and sales and personal capabilities, maintenance of high activity of the team and strengthen acquisition aspect in terms of new businesses.
- Deepen knowledge of digital sales tools including reservation systems and on board digital equipment, set for right changes including investments and assuring their implementation.
- Refresh marketing communication and increase share of online tools to target young generation.
- Create and implement new incentive system for sales staff.
- Management of transport sales team, marketing team, innovation team (including online sales tools and mobility innovation) and analytical team.
- Leading customer care units in the group: call centre, sales desk at the station, independent sales agencies, customer service staff, complaint management, even up to driver staff.
- Reporting to CEO.

Personality requirements and skills

- 5+ years of previous experience in marketing and sales senior management position preferably within energy, transport, telecommunication, hospitality & tourism segment with focus on B2C business.
- University graduate (preferred degree in IT, Marketing, Business or their combination).
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Sense of doing business, customer experience, financial balance of investment vs. profit.
- Passion for digital world and good knowledge of trends.
- Good execution skills to make things happen, leading and delivering end to end.
- Get along well with others, team player.
