Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Full responsibility for complex office management of company including:
- administrative support to company managers,
- regular organisation of business trips,
- sporadic oragnisation of company events and meetings,
- fleet of cars management,
- processing of the internal and external correspondence,
- comunication with external IT Manager,
- sporadic support in necessary logistic agenda during Logistic Manager absence,
- management of cleaning services and cleaning supplies,
- ordering office supplies and communication with suppliers.
