Job description, responsibilities and duties

INTERNAL RECRUITING – searching and selection of candidates, organizing and conducting job interviews, responsibility for whole hiring process

PREPARATION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL ADMINISTRATION – preparation of new contracts, prolongations, processing of changes, communication with social and health insurance authorities as well as the Labour Office, providing support in a variety of HR administrative processes and cooperation with payroll department

IMPLEMENTATION OF LOWER MANAGEMENT TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – identifying training and operational needs, creating and setting up an development program, central optimizing of education processes, organizing and conducting training sessions for lower management (soft skills trainings)
PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RETENTION PROGRAM AND STRATEGIES – creating the principles of employee motivation in organization, providing consultative services and HR support for the management of the company

At least 3 years of HR experience to include Recruiting & Staffing, Employee Relations, Learning and development processes, Payroll Processing & HR Administration (ideally from industry segment – engineering, automotive or technical services)
German – nice to have
Good knowledge of SK Labour Code
Knowledge of Softip – nice to have
