We're seeking a talented and motivated Agile project manager to join our team. In this role, you'll empower the team to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, while ensuring we deliver top-quality work on time.
Empowerment & Environment:
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team.
- Remove roadblocks and impediments for the team.
- Facilitate communication with other departments for team needs.
Communication & Transparency:
- Facilitate clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure project vision is aligned.
- Being responsible for communicating between the departments.
Planning & Delivery:
- Assist the team in defining and refining the product backlog.
- Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
People & Performance:
- Track team health and address performance issues.
- Facilitate effective conflict resolution.
