For this role, you would be expected to be located in Prague, Czech Republic.

This position will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the commercial operations strategies and tactics in Central East Europe (CEE). The main responsibilities will be to establish a strong performance management locally by providing a better visibility to Country Leaders on markets opportunities through various analytical tools (KPI, Growth drivers, dashboards, SFDC..) and to partner with the Country Leader on any commercial operation aspects (account targeting, go to market design, sales reps coverage…) to drive the sales force efficiency.

Principal responsibilities of Commercial Operations Manager:
-Assist the Commercial Ops Director with complex financials models to determine the hospital potential and segmentation. Setup & maintain the existing procedure database and update the account segmentation accordingly.
-Establish a strong culture locally on the Sales Performance Management and support the local Mgmt team in CEE on the QBR, Qsops and Plan & Review process. Ensure a proper utilization on the various existing analytical tools (Business Review & Growth Drivers dashboards, tableau dashboards, segmentation dashboards, SFDC dashboards…), create some new tools for internal usage if needed.
-Support the Commercial Ops Director and the Country Business Leader to drive change initiative by ensuring best alignment and structure of the sales force with other business functions in order to facilitate achievement of overall company strategic objectives.
-Ensure a proper coverage and dispatch of the sales force teams across the country. Support the Country business leader on go to market design and strategy.
-Drive Salesforce.com locally by demonstrating the value to the sales organization and ensuring compliance across the business. Develop New KPI and drive the adoption rate within the region. Provide training when necessary, analyzing the quality of the various Ops and activity per reps, send appropriate reports to the Sales Management team on a regular basis.
-Support and provide guidance to the local team through the various KPI & Analytics, the Growth Driver performance and assessing the sales team productivity.
-Ensure a proper collection and maintenance of the sales reps & distributor targets and support the local Sales team on the reps targeting across all BU by ensuring the targets are fairly set and consistently cascaded.
-Coordinate with the Prague/SAP team to ensure a proper sales hierarchy structure is maintained in SAP and be the point of contact / bridge locally between the sales. organization and the SAP SH team to fix any issues / update on the reps accounts changes or new territories design.
-Help on launching other ERP system in the Region.
-Regularly attends Country Sales Meetings and provides training to sales force in core operational sales force tools and process.

Personality requirements and skills

Must Haves and Nice to Haves
-Minimum 5 years of experience of Commercial Excellence / Business Analytics role, with strong orientation on Sales & Marketing.
-Master or Bachelor's degree in Economic, Mathematics, Business Administration …
-Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft office with mainly Excel, Access and Power Point. Good knowledge of IT software/systems - Business Object, Salesforce.com
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-English fluency is required, additional languages are an advantage with (mainly Czech, Slovakian or Serbo-Croatian).
-Good knowledge of the countries healthcare system.
-Team player with good interpersonal skills and political savvy approach required.
-Experience in people management will be a plus.
-Driven for result and with good communication / presentation skills required.
-Travel required (around 10-20%).
