Business Analyst, Bratislava, Slovakia

The main objective of the role is to support the Clinical team to be more effective and efficient by providing them data-driven operational insights, and to enable the organization to drive continuous improvement and help them execute projects on time.

Key responsibilities:

• Analytical support for demand & capacity planning to optimize resource utilization
• Data gathering and loading it to the database
• Reporting to provide visibility & transparency on Clinical portfolio
• Develop tools, dashboards and metrics to help senior management to assess performance of Clinical teams and highlight any potential risks
• Ad-hoc analysis & data mining from various databases to support management decision making
• Automating and developing new and existing reports
• Coding in SQL and VBA
• Administrating Kronos time tracking system

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Economics / Mathematics/ IT preferred
• Min. 1 year of work experience, ideally in a multicultural environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• VBA and SQL are a great plus
• RDBMS knowledge is a strong plus
• Ability to communicate well in English (written & verbal communication skills)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Data Analytics & Interpretation skills
• Entrepreneur mindset & curious to learn new things
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Team player and problem solver
• Readiness to travel from time to time
