Náplň práce, zodpovednosti:
This role conducts data quality audits, people analytics, facilitates information gathering and guides users on relevant system procedures.
Activities and responsibilities
• Drive HR data management and continuously improve HR data quality.
• Responsible to assess the needs, recommend, develop, prepare, follow up and continuously improve HR reports, dashboards and analytics to facilitate effective decision making and generate insights.
• Access, extract, format, analyze, manage and report on large, complex data sets from multiple systems. Develop databases and spreadsheets where needed and prepare statistical reports and analysis.
• Proactively identify areas where HR data is not up to date and work with HR partners to suggest and implement ways to improve data quality.
• Work collaboratively with HR team members to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary ensuring that users are updated on the status and addressing issues timely.
• Analyze trends to recommend process and/or operational improvements.
• Continuously look to increase efficiency by improving data collection, data cleansing, connecting data etc.
• Develop and maintain knowledge and skills in the use of computerized tools, databases, spreadsheets and communication techniques.
• Participate in HRIS related projects and can be a project member to support other HR initiative projects.
• Create and execute a training plan and provides end-user training in own area of scope.
• Where applicable carry out system testing, provide support for new systems and system changes by following a defined testing process and highlight areas for further development in own area of scope.
Profil uchádzača:
• Experience in working on HRIS Projects (i.e. new HCM module implementation or HCM module deployment at a regional level) and experience working for an international company with remote management are a big plus
• Outstanding analytical, configuration and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to analyze, interpret and translate metrics into business insights
• Ability to package and present projections, trends, and data outlooks to Senior Leadership
• Ability to streamline data inputs in order to turn around timely analysis
• Good understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes
• Understanding of HR Processes (Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Talent Management, etc.)
• Strong relationship building and communication skills with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, changing, highly demanding environment
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Fluent in English
